Accounting is provided on either a cash or accrual basis.  Our monthly reports include: balance sheet, income and expense reports, general ledger, resident listings and transaction registers.  We also allow for additional reports that may be specific to your needs.

Your financial relationship with Gassen Companies begins with a one on one meeting with our Controller.  This financial review meeting establishes your close relationship with our accounting team and explains our financial reporting system.  This is where your financial reporting needs will be discussed and defined.
