Monthly Financials, Accounting Services & Financial Training for Boards
Our accounting team is led by Amy Kleinschmidt, CPA. Our services include monthly financials, payment processing, budgeting, and more. When a community first partners with Gassen, the Treasurer meets with the Gassen Controller to discuss current financial status of the community and address any concerns proactively. We also offer complimentary board and financial training to assist new board members in learning the industry. At Gassen, we value your time and aim to simplify project. Our Bid Management Division supports your board and allows Association Managers to focus on your community. We handle scope creation, vendor bids, and provide clear summaries for informed decisions. A dedicated Bid Specialist will coordinate with vendors and manage timelines throughout the process.
Educational Opportunities
